This Web site was established to provide specific information about William S. Whiteside.

Mr. Whiteside is an information transfer professional, primarily addressing the software and Internet-based technology industries.  Bill specializes in process analysis and definition, and system development methodologies.  For over twelve years he has created and implemented technical and marketing documentation in electronic format as well as hardcopy.

He serves as a team member, or can be a hands-on manager of major projects when necessary.  His projects have ranged from a one-page marketing bulletin to a twenty-five-book library of reference and user manuals, which were distributed internationally in multiple languages.
